Turkish citizens can apply for UK Worker Visa if they have worked lawfully in UK for at least 1 year or the spouse of a British citizen or as a settled person with no restrictions on employment.

You must satisfy the following requirements to be eligible for this visa:
You must be a Turkish national with a valid visa that allows you to transfer to a Turkish Worker Visa after establishing that you have not broken any immigration laws. Your application may be denied if you’ve breached any UK immigration regulations. Also, you must have worked for the same company.
Before you proceed with the application, make sure that you have the documents ready listed below:
- A passport or other identification document proving your identity and nationality.
- You must have a blank page in your passport to add the visa.
- 2 colored photos (passport-size).
- Documentation of all your employments in the UK throughout your current stay, including authentic payslips and bank statements for the entire time you’ve been in the UK.
- A police clearance certificate for yourself and your family in the United Kingdom to demonstrate that you have not been involved in any criminal activity.
- You must also submit evidence that you have been lawfully working in the UK for at least three years with the same company and that you intend to.
- A letter from your present or future employer, or a current job application letter, might serve as evidence.

- If you’ve been lawfully employed for four years or more, you can work for any company and do any job.

- Create or login to your UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account after scanning your identity document using the ‘UK Immigration: ID Check’ app.
How long does the application process take on average?
- You will typically receive a decision within 6 months after filing your application.
- Suppose your application is going to take longer than planned, for example. If your supporting documents need to be be authenticated, then you must attend an interview to discuss your personal circumstances with the processing officer, such as a criminal conviction.
- You may be able to pay to obtain a faster decision; if this is the case, you will be notified when you apply.
- You must not leave the United Kingdom until you have received a decision on your application. If you do, your application will be revoked.
